25% … of employers did not know what their specialty drug cost increases have been over the past three years and 36% did not even know their company paid medical costs specific to specialty pharmacy, according to a survey of 70 large self-insured employers (representing 700,000 employee lives) conducted in the fall of 2012 by the Midwest Business Group on Health.
