2. Switzerland: $5,643
3. Sweden: $3,925
4. Australia: $3,800
5. The Netherlands: $5,099
5. Germany: $4,495.
7.New Zealand: $3,182
7. Norway: $5,669
9.France: $4,118
10. Canada: $4,522
11. United States: $8,508
