According to a recent survey,


...employers plan the following changes to their health benefit plan design in 2015:

  • Eliminate health benefits: 1%
  • Add wellness rewards or penalties: 26.3%
  • Tiered networks: 3.8%
  • Move to private exchange: 3.2%
  • Adopt a value-based insurance design: 2.6%
  • Adopt reference pricing: 2.8%
