The Supreme Court is scheduled to hear the case, King v. Burwell, in March.

According to a recent survey:

• 56% said they had heard nothing at all about the case
• 64% said that if the Supreme Court rules that financial help to buy health insurance is limited to states with state-run marketplaces, Congress should pass a law to extend financial eligibility to qualified persons in all states
• 59% of people living in federal and marketplace states would support states' actions to operate their own exchanges if the Supreme Court rules to only allow subsidies in state-run marketplace states
