According to a recent survey of almost 600 employers:


  • The average percentage of employees who were eligible for employer-sponsored health coverage rose from 87% in 2014 to 88% in 2015
  • The average percentage of employees who enrolled in employer-sponsored health coverage dropped from 84% in 2014 to 83% in 2015
  • Only 2% of employers said they cut staff to avoid insuring more employees
  • Only 3% of employers said they are likely to drop their health plans wihin 5 years
