According to a recent survey:

• 34% of health care workers plan to look for a new job in 2013, up from 24% last year
• 45% plan to look for a new job over the next two years
• 82% said that while they are not actively looking for a job today, they would be open to the "right" opportunity
• 60% of health care workers say they are burned out on their jobs
• 21% of health care workers "always or often" feel burned out; 67% of these plan to look for a new job this year
