$57 billion … less will be brought in under the Affordable Care Act’s so-called “Cadillac tax” on high-premium health plans (down to $80 billion from an initial estimate of $137 billion), as medical spending slows and employers look to rein in coverage costs, according to a new report from the Congressional Budget Office.
