per person were reported by 22.5% of those insured in the
marketplace, compared to 37.5% insured outside the marketplace - 29.8%
of adults with deductibles of $1,500 or more per person, who were insured
for a full year, went without needed medical care
because they could not afford it - 19.6%
of adults with deductibles under $1,500 per person went without needed
medical care because they could not afford it
