Fall-related deaths increase among seniors, CDC finds
The rate of deaths caused
by fall-related injuries among U.S. seniors reached 57 per 100,000 in 2013, up
from 30 per 100,000 in 2000, according to a CDC report. More than half of
unintentional injury fatalities among seniors in 2012 and 2013 were caused by
