aiser Family Foundation recently conducted a survey on new state adjustments to Medicaid eligibility. Here are some key findings from the report:

As of January 2016, 48
states cover children with incomes at or above 200% FPL.
·
19 states extended
eligibility to children with incomes at least 300% FPL.
·
Pregnant women with
incomes at or above 200% FPL are covered in 33 states.
·
31 states have
expanded eligibility to parents/non-disabled adults with incomes up to 138%
FPL.
·
In the 20
non-expansion states, median eligibility levels are 42% FPL (parents) and 0%
(other adults).
·
37 states report they
can make real-time Medicaid eligibility determinations.
