87% of Employers Offer Emotional or Mental Well-Being Programs


Fidelity Investments and the National Business Group on Health[TM] recently released their 7th annual survey on corporate health & well-being. Here are some key findings from the report:

·         Most (87%) employers offer emotional or mental well-being programs.

·         67% of employers plan to expand their efforts on well-being programs in the future.

·         3 in 4 (76%) employers offer financial health programs.

·         54% of employers offer a stress management program, and an additional 12% plan to do so in 2017.

·         In 2015, 81% of employees received at least some amount of incentives, up from 73% in 2014.

·         The number of employers utilizing incentives is expected to drop from 44% in 2015 to 24% in 2016.
