Officials in several states

...are quietly looking into merging their exchanges with HealthCare.gov amid big questions about their cost and viability, The Hill reported May 21. In its April 2015 issue, HEX reported that leasing federal technology could reduce costs and allow state-based exchanges to achieve self-sustainability, as required by the Affordable Care Act. Others states are contemplating possible multi-state exchanges as a contingency plan in the event of a Supreme Court ruling against HHS in King v. Burwell, the newspaper reports.
