"Payers to date have very limited options

...as to how to effectively deliver four- and five-star [Medicare pharmacy] measures, and so adding something unique like [performance-based pharmacy networks] as an option out there is highly valuable. And really, at the pharmacy is where things are happening, so to align the pharmacy with ways to improve the star measures is very innovative and has a high potential to be effective if structured correctly."
