The plan year 2015
Federally-facilitated Marketplace (FFM) agent and broker training on the
Medicare Learning Network® (MLN) closed on June 15, 2015. Attached are
questions and answers that provide valuable information to assist agents and
brokers with the transition from plan year 2015 to plan year 2016 and provides
an explanation of what the closing of this year’s FFM agent and broker training
on the MLN means.
If you have not already done so,
agents and brokers should visit the CMS Enterprise Portal at https://portal.cms.gov
to complete Part II of Federally-facilitated Marketplace (FFM) agent and broker
registration for plan year 2015 by July 1, 2015. The steps for
completion include:
- Creating an FFM user
account; and
- Completing identity
proofing to add the “FFM agent broker” role to your account.
CMS will continue to provide
additional information on the Agents
and Brokers Resources webpage, so please continue to check there for
updates. CMS will also provide updates via email blasts, the monthly News for
Agents and Brokers newsletter, as well as through Twitter (@CMSGov).
