currently satisfied with their personal healthcare.

43% of administrators
believe that the healthcare system is headed in the right direction.

Most (83%) physicians
think doctors are losing autonomy, while half of administrators share that
view.
·
1 in 2 consumers say
that better care coordination between providers can have an impact on
healthcare.
·
29% of consumers use a
mobile app or personalized interactive website to monitor or manage their
health.
·
Almost 3 in 5
consumers approve of their doctors sharing their health information to better
manage care.
