According to a recent survey:


  • 13% of privately insured Americans, or about 26 million people, were enrolled in a consumer-driven health plan (CDHP)
  • 11%, or about 22 million people, were enrolled in a high-deductible health plan (HDHP)
  • 76% were enrolled in traditional health insurance coverage
