December 15, 2015 is the last day for consumers to enroll in or change plans ...

... for their new coverage to start on January 1, 2016. December 15, 2015 is also the last day when plan year 2015 applications will be available to consumers at HealthCare.gov, so anyone who needs to make changes to their accounts and/or select new 2015 plans based on the following changes in circumstances or special enrollment periods (SEPs) will need to file today to make the following changes:

·         Updating name, date of birth, mailing or home address, Social Security Number, or email

·         Updating financial information

·         Removing a person from the application

·         Birth, adoption, foster care placement, or court order

If consumers need to make changes to their 2015 applications and/or policies after December 15, 2015, they will need to call the Marketplace Call center at 1-800-318-2596 for assistance.
