"It is certainly everywhere. Urgent care centers. Retail health clinics.


Those places are booming in urban areas [and often house telehealth services]. It is not an issue of people that cannot get care. It is a convenience issue for people versus getting an appointment for a doctor. The issue for health plans is how do they get into that game? When people are making those decisions based on convenience, they've got to have robust offerings that will be attractive to consumers when they are making these choices."
