CMS is excited to announce the release of two new videos for agents and brokers participating in the Federally-facilitated Marketplaces (FFMs).

This video explains the process of how agents and brokers assist consumers
in applying for and enrolling in coverage through the FFMs, including when
agents and brokers are allowed to receive credit from QHP issuers for
enrollment transactions.
- Do you want to learn about how to add a corporate
entity’s National Producer Number (NPN) to the FFM Registration Completion
List? Check out our new video, How
to Add an Agent, Broker, or Web-broker Corporate Entity’s NPN to the FFM
Registration Completion List. This video will assist agents and brokers serving as
a corporate entity’s authorized representative ensure the entity’s
corporate NPN is properly registered.
