SMEs will highlight updates to FFM policies and processes since plan year 2016, provide an abbreviated review of the registration steps, and describe the new condensed Refresher Training option available to you if you completed registration for plan year 2016. SMEs will also engage with participants in a web-chat question and answer session immediately following the presentation.
